Help Please With Dr.xray English Patch - Winning Eleven Italia

Hi guys, this is a very small request. Pleasa I've downloaded the "Dr_XRAY_080404_English_Team_Names_SLPM_656.57 " file, which let me view English names in Winning Eleven 8, but please do I need to rename it and replace the original file in the .iso image or just add it with the original one??

please can give up the link of the patch?

so for we8 (ps2) you must to use the ppf-o-matic...is easy.

so look the weforever site for the tool & guide to apply the patch.

it is not a link, just the filename. Please help me with this one because I have the ripped version of the game, and the ppf patch does not work for it.
