Wendetta 1.3 problem - Winning Eleven Italia

Hi i'm new here. The problem is that I downloaded the 1.2 patch and the 1.3 patch.

Well 1.2 patch is the complete data_e.afs (so works well) and i tried to install 1.3 patch with Asf Explorer 3 but the program says that i have to rebuid the .afs.

If I rebuid the file, the game doesn't work and if I don't rebuild the .afs some new files are not included.

What is the problem?

PS: The 1.3 option file installs well.

you must make 2 rebuild 1 for ball dir and 1 for uni dir ... then import manaully the file uniform2d_e.txt

this may sound stupid, but how do you rebuild these files? And I'm assumed this patch is for WE7I PC. Thanks. I couldn't get the program to start at all with the 1.2 patch.
