ho sentito ieri sera a tropical pizza su r.deejay il nuovo singolo degli OASIS: il titolo e' "lyla", anticipazione del loro 6° album. che dire? SPETTACOLOSO gia' dal primo ascolto in una parola e' molto oasis!

i fan come me del gruppo di manchester non potranno non apprezzare!!
non vedo l'ora esca l'album, e a questo punto sto seriamente prendendo in considerazione di fare un saltino all'heineken jammin festival di imola, dove il 12 giugno i gallagher & co. si esibiranno!!

Don't Believe The Truth in rete il 3 maggio su iTunes tedesca
Il nuovo album degli Oasis è apparso in rete molto prima del 30 maggio, giorno di realizzazione inglese. La cosa sorprendente è stata che l'album non è stato piratato illegalmente, ma è apparso nel circuito iTunes sul sito tedesco della Apple-iTunes che permette di acquistare legalmente Mp3 da scaricare. Se per gli utenti in generale era possibile solo ascoltare dei piccoli pezzi delle canzoni, per i fruitori tedeschi (con una carta di credito intestata ad un tedesco) era possibile l'acquisto degli Mp3 interi e in alta qualità. Il NME ha contattato la Apple Computer (proprietaria del servizio iTunes) che però non ha voluto commentare l'accaduto. Di seguito ovviamente il servizio è stato bloccato (dalle 6 del pomeriggio del 4 maggio), le canzoni rimangono in lista su iTunes ma adesso possono solo essere pre-ordinate.
Oramai comunque è assolutamente tardi, e le canzoni stanno facendo il giro del mondo (gratuitamente) su molti software peer-to-peer (di file sharing). Il tutto costerà moltissimo in termini di vendite del nuovo album.
